The DriveWize Risk Assessment is a multiple choice questionnaire based on the HSE Safe Driving Guidelines.
As the assessments are completed online an overall risk profile for each driver is quickly created and indicates those who would benefit from further practical in car training.

We have designed the DriveWize Risk Assessment so that customers can adapt and amend the questionnaire at any time, even post roll-out, to reflect the unique nature of their own fleet operation.

The risk assessment is dynamic in that, for example, additional questions for only high mileage drivers can be added or users can skip any irrelevant questions. There is also space where a user can add text to give more details with each answer.

The DriveWize Risk Assessment can be configured so that potential resolutions to user concerns "pop up" during the questionnaire, allowing a degree of risk to be managed and resolved at source without the need for any follow-up action.

Effective user verification

The risk assessment contains the most intuitive and effective user verification functionality of any system on the market. Users are required to confirm if the risk they are highlighting is genuine and to correct any errors made in their responses as they are reminded of the potential resource implications their responses may have.
This prevents users from simply clicking through the questionnaire without due care and attention and with this functionality enabled, far fewer driver related concerns are raised than with other methods of assessment.

Variable risk weightings & training needs analysis

Depending upon which response is selected, each question will be graded low, medium or high risk. These risk weightings can be altered by administrators as and when they need to.

The end result of the process is an assessment graded for severity of risk, highlighting the total number of driver related concerns outstanding for each assessment.
Also the risk assessment acts as a training needs analysis tool, effectively identifying higher risk drivers who require further in car training with lower risk drivers being simply directed towards the online training course.
